How fast does it go live?
A weekly sponsorship goes live on its own the Monday of the week you book. A Featured is checked by our editors and highlighted as soon as your event is listed, usually the same day.
When does it make the newsletter?
Monday’s issue covers the whole week and Thursday’s covers the weekend. Book a Featured before the issue goes out and it’s starred in it; a weekly sponsor is at the top of both issues of its week.
Can I change something after I pay?
Yes. Reply to your confirmation email with the change and we’ll update it.
What’s in the report?
Weekly sponsors get one the Monday after: how often your block was seen, where, and how many people clicked. A Featured gets one the day after your event: times seen, page views, clicks, calendar adds and shares.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Email us at least 7 days before your sponsor week starts or your event's date for a full refund. Our advertising terms (linked below) have the details, including what happens if something goes wrong on our side.
